SUMMARY:The Annual Halloween Parade and Picnic
DESCRIPTION:The Annual Halloween Parade and Picnic is Saturday\, October 26\, 2019 2:00 PM-4:30 PM at HANKS PLACE PARK for All Adults and Children (Dress in Costumes).  Line up for the parade starts at 1:45 at the corner of Spur and Hanks Place.  We have a Moon Bounce\, Balloon Artist\, and Fun Games.  The Civic Association will be serving free Hot Dogs\, Chips and Water.  Volunteers are needed to make cupcakes\, and other desserts\, set-up\, or helping with the moon bounce and games.
