The Annual Halloween Parade and Picnic is Saturday, October 26, 2019 2:00 PM-4:30 PM at HANKS PLACE PARK for All Adults and Children (Dress in Costumes).  Line up for the parade starts at 1:45 at the corner of Spur and Hanks Place.  We have a Moon Bounce, Balloon Artist, and Fun Games.  The Civic Association will be serving free Hot Dogs, Chips and Water.  Volunteers are needed to make cupcakes, and other desserts, set-up, or helping with the moon bounce and games.
