Halloween Parade and Party

Unfortunately the WKCA Halloween Parade/Party will not happen on Saturday 27 October at Hanks Place due to the inclement weather. However, we are looking into having the Halloween Parade/Party on Sunday the 28th of October at 2-5 PM with the parade starting at the corner of Spur and Hanks PL at 1:45. We will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to have the party
